Experience
No previous tutoring experience. I worked as a volunteer T.A. for four summers. I worked mainly with middle school students. I facilitated lesson plans, the teacher allowed me to give opinions about certain topics. I also intervened in conflict amongst students. I helped the students with any and all subjects. I worked one on one with students and with groups of students. On my SAT I scored a 1560. I want to be a tutor because I am very passionate about kids. I want to see all of them succeed in life and in school. I feel that this position will give me the opportunity to aid in that want. I took African history as one of my GEs. In my final year of college I was a research assistant.
